Instead of listing everything I listen to and watch, I'm just going to tell you right now that I like a lot of television shows and I listen to a lot of music. The main thing you need to know about me is that I idolize The Killers and Conan O'Brien.
I don’t understand how some people don’t like The Killers’ cover of “Four Winds”. It’s SO good. I get that you guys have a different taste, but when they cover a song, they make it their own. They make it different. Some other times, they keep their sound, but also keep the original artists’ sound. To me, that’s what makes a good cover. And also, it’s just a cover. I wasn’t too thrilled about Miley Cyrus covering one of their songs (or Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit”), so I didn’t listen to it. So I’m good. There’s no need to get all “OMG WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!” over it. I enjoy both versions.
It’s just a cover, people.
By the way, Brandon Flowers performed “Four Winds” with Bright Eyes on stage last year.
